For the design of Tedua's show, the artist collaborated closely with the Blearred Milano studio, led in the creative vision by show designers Jordan Babev, Davide Pedrotti and set designer Eleonora Peronetti. The intention was to offer an immersive experience based on the album "La Divina Commedia," proposing a fascinating visual journey through Hell and Purgatory. Tedua, besides being the protagonist, played a crucial role in the creative process, actively contributing to the entire show design.
Production
Under the direction of Live Nation 3, which produced and orchestrated the event, the tour reached a very high level of production quality, harmonizing artistic content and logistical aspects impeccably.
Inspiration & Collaborations
The central element of the stage is our reinterpretation of Auguste Rodin's famous "Gates of Hell," transformed into the visionary "Gates of Hell by Tedua." In collaboration with Eleonora Peronetti, a renowned set designer and scenographer, as well as a professor at NABA, the Blearred Milano studio brought this bold vision to life. At the center of this gate is an avant-garde LED screen, symbolizing a perfect blend of the real and digital worlds.
The stage, with its intricate rock formations, evokes the infernal environment described by Dante, providing Tedua and his musicians with solid platforms to perform on, enriching the performance with dynamism and depth. During the show, dense fog envelops the stage, filtering through the rocks and creating a surreal and engaging atmosphere.
Technology & Innovation
In addition to the impeccable artistic direction, one of the highlights of the show is the lighting programming, masterfully curated by Matteo Moro. The lighting plays with shadows and lights, revealing and concealing scenic elements in a theatrical manner, enriching each moment with dynamism and emotion. Additional special effects enhance the infernal and purifying atmosphere of the different acts of the show.
Artistic Influence
The creativity of the show is also inspired by the artistic style of Alberto Burri. Characterized by material and informal art, Burri influenced the creation of the rock formations and the gate, combining roughness and elegance. Marco Giacobbe and Davide Spazzadeschi, talented Milanese content producers, completed the work with abstract video content characterized by a unique digital painting treatment. These "digitally painted moving pictures" combine the classical essence of painting with the dynamism of the digital, merging classical and contemporary elements into a unique visual synergy.
Tedua's Italian tour is not just a concert but a true sensory experience. Thanks to the collaboration with Blearred Milano, Jordan Babev, Davide Pedrotti, Eleonora Peronetti, Marco Giacobbe, Davide Spazzadeschi, and the lighting by Matteo Moro, the audience is transported to a universe where music merges with art, in a perfect dialogue between ancient and modern.
